About the role
We are seeking a remote Biology Educator to design and solve challenging biology problems that will be used to evaluate large language models. This short‑term contract offers the chance to work closely with AI researchers and contribute to the creation of new evaluation benchmarks across undergraduate to PhD‑level biology.
Key responsibilities
- Design and solve complex biology problems for LLM evaluation.
- Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with detailed reasoning.
- Collaborate with LLM researchers on benchmark development and reasoning tasks.
- Define new evaluation benchmarks spanning undergraduate to PhD‑level biology.
- Analyze biological problems using logical, structured approaches.
- Explain biology concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and simulations when needed.
Required profile
- Master’s, Ph.D., or currently pursuing a Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
