About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage financial records for a multi‑entity organization operating across the UAE and Europe. This fully remote position supports cross‑border invoicing, payments and reconciliation, ensuring financial clarity for all entities.

Key responsibilities

• Track and organize invoices and receipts for UAE and European entities.
• Match payments to the correct company and payment processor.
• Maintain accurate records across a multi‑entity structure.
• Reconcile transactions and flag discrepancies promptly.
• Keep documentation audit‑ready and easily retrievable across entities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with multiple entities or currencies.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with UAE and European financial/payment systems.
• Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive financial data.
