Remote Economics Teacher for AI Training (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced postsecondary economics instructors to help shape AI systems that understand economic concepts. In this fully remote, flexible contract, you will apply your classroom expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated economic content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review economics questions and scenarios used for AI training and evaluation.
• Assess the accuracy, depth, and clarity of AI‑generated economics content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to enhance economic reasoning in model outputs.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and real‑world applications to validate concepts.
• Complete task‑based assignments independently and asynchronously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑time teaching economics at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics.
• Ability to clearly explain and critically evaluate economic reasoning in written form.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with content evaluation workflows.
