Remote Economics Teacher for AI Training (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced post‑secondary economics instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems that generate economic reasoning. This fully remote, flexible contract role lets you apply your classroom expertise to shape how AI understands concepts from supply and demand to macro‑policy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review economics questions and scenarios used to train and evaluate AI models.
• Assess the accuracy, depth, and clarity of AI‑generated economic content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to enhance economic reasoning in model outputs.
• Apply real‑world teaching experience to validate concepts, identify gaps, and surface edge cases.
• Work independently and asynchronously, completing task‑based assignments on your schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑time teaching economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of core economics topics including microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics.
• Ability to clearly explain and critically evaluate economic reasoning in written form.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.

Required skills

• Expertise in economics (micro, macro, applied).
