Remote English Cold Caller (Telemarketing)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic English‑speaking individuals to join our remote telemarketing team as Cold Callers. The position involves making outbound calls during fixed night shifts, following a set schedule with regular days off. No prior experience is required as comprehensive online training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold‑calling campaigns to generate leads for our clients.
• Follow scripts and adapt conversations to meet prospect needs.
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM system accurately.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead targets as defined by management.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call performance.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Willingness to work fixed night‑shift hours.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented attitude.
