About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team and provide top‑tier support to French‑speaking customers worldwide. Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, courteous support in French and English via phone and chat.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
