Remote Growth Marketer

About the role

Huzzle connects B2B sales professionals with companies worldwide, and is recruiting a full-time remote Growth Marketer. The role drives customer acquisition, optimizes conversion funnels and scales revenue across digital channels, working closely with sales, product and content teams on strategies that deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, partnerships)
• Manage and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns with clear ROI targets
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
• Analyze performance data and generate insights using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality, pipeline velocity and revenue outcomes
• Build and scale email marketing and automation workflows, including segmentation and lifecycle campaigns
• Identify new growth opportunities and channels, and work with design and development to optimize landing pages and user journeys

Required profile

• 3-4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or digital marketing
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with measurable ROI
• Strong understanding of CRO, funnel analysis and customer acquisition strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once
• Data-first decision-making and excellent communication with cross-functional teams
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce or B2B is a strong plus

Required skills

• Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude
• CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
