About the role

Elsalon.net is a carefully moderated marriage platform seeking a Remote Moderator & Community Manager to safeguard the quality of its community. You will work from Egypt, supporting users, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for serious, marriage‑focused individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate user profiles and in‑app interactions, approving or rejecting content that does not meet community standards.
• Handle sensitive and complex situations, mediate disputes, and guide respectful communication between members.
• Provide clear, empathetic support via in‑app messages and social media channels.
• Monitor overall platform health, identify trends, and suggest improvements to enhance safety, engagement, and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Genuine interest in helping people, resolving conflicts, and fostering meaningful relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, respectful tone.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking in sensitive situations.
• Ability to work remotely during morning/afternoon hours.
