Remote Real Estate Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Real Estate Call Center Agent to expand our property portfolio. You will engage directly with property owners, secure new listings, and keep our inventory accurate and attractive for buyers and renters.

Key responsibilities

• Contact property owners to discuss selling or leasing opportunities.
• Generate new listings through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords and owners.
• Collect detailed property data (location, price, type, size, features, availability).
• Provide owners with market insights and pricing recommendations.
• Create and publish compelling property ads on major portals and company platforms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property information, photos and key selling points.
• Coordinate with photography, marketing and sales teams to promote listings.
• Follow up regularly with owners on status, price changes and availability.
• Update all information in the CRM system and monitor ad performance.
• Support the sales team with qualified, current listings and meet call‑volume and listing‑acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Listing Agent, Real Estate Consultant, Telesales Representative or in Customer Service.
• Strong knowledge of the real‑estate market (UAE experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to secure exclusive or open listings from owners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Goal‑oriented, energetic and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple listings and follow‑ups.
