Remote Sales Agent (Egypt) – Saudi Dialect Required

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Agent to work remotely from Egypt. The candidate must speak Saudi Arabic at a native level and will focus on generating and closing sales for our HR and BPO services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with Saudi‑dialect speaking clients.
- Present and promote HR/BPO services in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience.
- Previous exposure to HR services or the BPO industry is preferred.
- Based in Egypt and able to work fully remotely.
- Native‑level fluency in the Saudi Arabic dialect.
- Strong persuasion, communication and closing abilities.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
