Renewable Energy Consultant – Solar, Wind & Storage

About the role

We are looking for a Renewable Energy Consultant to join Nexus Analytica’s consulting team. You will support the delivery of projects covering solar PV, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and hybrid renewable solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in consulting assignments for solar, wind, BESS and hybrid renewable projects.
• Conduct techno‑economic assessments, scenario analysis and financial evaluations.
• Review and help develop PPAs, project agreements, tariff structures and commercial frameworks.
• Support grid connection, interconnection and renewable integration studies.
• Analyse policy, regulatory and market frameworks affecting renewable investments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, technical notes and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with developers, utilities, public authorities and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposal writing, technical offers and business development activities.
• Participate in workshops, meetings and capacity‑building sessions with clients and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, Sustainable Energy, Energy Economics or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in renewable energy consulting, project advisory or energy systems analysis.
• Strong understanding of solar PV, wind, BESS, grid integration and renewable project development.
• Excellent analytical, report‑writing and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
