Reporting & Advanced Analytics Analyst

About the role

Join Henkel's Global Business Solutions team in Cairo as a Reporting & Advanced Analytics Analyst. You will support market data solutions by delivering accurate reports and actionable insights across key business areas such as market share, brand performance, and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Execute market, client and customer reporting and perform data analysis for sales effectiveness and promotions.
• Extract, process and transform data from multiple systems using Excel, VBA, Power Query, KNIME and Python.
• Design and build data models following best‑practice methodologies (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI, integrating new data sources.
• Support data preprocessing, validation and ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or reporting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Power BI (including DAX and data modeling).
• Advanced Excel (functions, Power Query, VBA).
• SQL, Python, KNIME and/or Alteryx.
• Solid understanding of databases and data concepts.
