Resident Doctor – Medical Coordinator

About the role

The Resident Doctor – Medical Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. You will oversee daily medical operations, ensure clinical workflows run smoothly, and act as a bridge between patients, clinicians, and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and manage scheduling to optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor clinical workflows, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and quality standards.
• Document clinical activities, prepare reports, and contribute to the development of medical policies and procedures.
• Support multidisciplinary teams during case discussions and provide training or educational initiatives for healthcare staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for medical inquiries, facilitating clear communication across all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBCh or equivalent) with completion of or enrollment in a residency program.
• Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines, patient‑care standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Proven ability to organize clinical workflows and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and resilience in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
