About the role
PWC is seeking a Resource Manager at the Manager level to join its Advisory practice in Cairo. You will work with senior business leaders to solve complex problems, drive sustainable change, and create competitive advantage for clients across various industries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver recommendations based on complex data and stakeholder insights.
- Coach team members, address performance gaps, and foster personal development.
- Analyse proposals, simplify messages, and build consensus among diverse viewpoints.
- Stay informed on global trends and translate them into actionable client solutions.
- Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct in all activities.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
