About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members at 5 Roosters Fried Chicken in Cairo/Giza. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering fast, friendly service to guests while supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders at the counter, and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Prepare, package, and serve food items according to company standards.
• Operate the cash register and point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining, service, and kitchen area.
• Restock supplies, assist with opening and closing duties, and follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Support teammates during busy periods and provide a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• Strong interest in customer service, hospitality, or quick‑service restaurants.
• Clear and courteous communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly in a fast‑paced environment, and lift light to moderate items.
• Reliability in following schedules, arriving on time, and completing tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn standard operating procedures and follow supervisor directions.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
