Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dining team at our Cairo location. The role ensures seamless service, guest satisfaction, and smooth operations throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming, attire, and correct any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the venue.
• Monitor storage areas for organization, FIFO usage, and cleanliness.
• Conduct inventories, stock supplies, and requisition items as needed.
• Oversee dining room seating, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Enforce company, safety, and security policies; report incidents and complete safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost savings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
