Restaurant Waiter (Egyptian Only)

About the role
The Restaurant Waiter will serve food and beverages to guests in the Safaga outlet, delivering courteous, professional and efficient service that reflects Kempinski’s luxury standards. The role supports sales initiatives and aims to maximise guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Strictly follow all hotel policies, fire safety regulations and HACCP hygiene standards.
- Manage the service team by delegating tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain a high quality of product and service throughout the outlet.
- Identify and act on opportunities to generate additional business.
Required profile
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience as a waiter in a similar setting.
- Preferably experience in an international, luxury five‑star hotel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
