Retail Agent – Indoor Customer Service

About the role

EGXPRESS, a licensed partner of Federal Express, is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Agent to work in an indoor retail environment. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, ensuring shipments are processed smoothly and service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and deliver shipments while providing a friendly customer experience.
• Answer walk‑in inquiries about products and services.
• Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Co‑operate with internal departments to resolve routine issues.
• Work closely with operational staff to meet customer expectations.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, selecting solutions and following up.
• Identify and document potential service issues and refer them to the line manager.
• Perform data‑input tasks on relevant systems in coordination with senior retail agents.
• Assist the team in achieving targets and promote company services.
• Carry out any other duties requested by the manager.

Required profile

• University degree (fresh graduate or up to one year experience in customer service, retail or operations).
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Strong Excel skills.
