Retail Beauty Trainee – Rimmel & Max Factor (3‑Month Contract)

About the role

The Beauty Trainee will support daily retail operations for Rimmel & Max Factor, assisting customers and developing product knowledge while contributing to sales targets during a three‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Support sales targets through excellent customer service and effective selling.
• Maintain product displays, stock availability, and store standards.
• Assist with promotions, product launches, and brand activations.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and selling skills.

Required profile

• Previous beauty retail experience.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and makeup products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales‑oriented, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Good English communication skills.
• Availability for a 3‑month contract, including weekends and flexible store locations.
