Retail Coordinator – Matrouh

About the role

Bosta is seeking a Retail Coordinator to manage inbound shipments at its SuperJet stations in Matrouh. The role ensures that parcels are received, inspected, recorded, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify all documentation.
• Perform a visual inspection to confirm proper packing and transport safety.
• Record shipment details in the company system or approved logs.
• Coordinate trip schedules and loading plans with SuperJet drivers.
• Supervise loading and unloading to guarantee correct handling.
• Hand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmations or signatures.
• Follow all safety, operational, and station regulations.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling area.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Patience when dealing with challenging cases and strong multitasking skills.
