Retail Marketing Manager

About the role

The Retail Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for luxury gold and diamond products. This role combines traditional luxury branding with data‑driven retail marketing to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Define target audience segments and create campaigns for luxury retail consumers.
• Plan and manage brand activations, product launches, seasonal promotions, and VIP events.
• Oversee all marketing channels including social media, digital advertising, print, PR, and in‑store promotions.
• Coordinate content creation for ads, catalogues, newsletters, and influencer collaborations.
• Manage digital advertising on Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and optimize traffic and conversions.
• Lead CRM initiatives, email/SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze web and campaign analytics to improve ROI.
• Handle brand partnerships, sponsorships and media relations.
• Control marketing budget and ensure cost‑effective execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7‑10 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
• Proven track record in managing both digital and offline campaigns.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high‑net‑worth client expectations.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
