Retail Promoter – Home Appliances

About the role
UGT is looking for a full‑time Retail Promoter to represent its home‑appliance brands in stores located in 6th of October. You will engage directly with shoppers, showcase product features, and help drive purchase decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate air‑conditioners, cookers, refrigerators, freezers, heaters and washing machines to customers.
- Answer product‑related questions and explain promotions.
- Maintain attractive and correctly priced product displays.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with store staff, attend product training sessions and support in‑store events.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Sales and marketing mindset to influence buying decisions.
- Ability to learn product details quickly and convey them clearly.
- Professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends and peak seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
