Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles using MAG's proven sales process. You will greet customers, showcase vehicle features, compare models, and guide buyers through finance and paperwork to ensure a smooth purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell vehicles by following MAG's sales steps, both in‑person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Complete sales paperwork, finance applications, and any required documentation.
• Enter accurate customer information into the MAG CRM after each interaction.
• Generate standard reports by extracting and combining data.
• Identify potential customers through referrals and existing client networks.
• Assist senior colleagues with internal client relationship management.
• Process custom or special customer orders and handle inventory tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 0–1 year of prior sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance when needed.
• Strong understanding of customer buying influences and the ability to build trust.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MAG CRM system.
