Retail Salesperson

About the role

SOLO Sauce is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Retail Salesperson to join its Cairo store. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers discover and purchase our high‑quality fruit purées, syrups, sauces, toppings, and powders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide tailored recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and ensure the sales area is organized and well‑stocked.
• Drive in‑store sales by applying up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques.
• Promote SOLO Sauce’s brand values and commitment to quality.
• Contribute to a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SOLO Sauce product features, uses, and benefits.
• Proven retail sales ability with a focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Adaptable, problem‑solving mindset and team‑oriented attitude.
• Experience in food retail or culinary product sales is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or retail certifications are a plus.
