Retail Salesperson – Sports Nutrition

About the role

The Salesperson will work on‑site at our Cairo retail outlet, helping customers achieve their fitness and wellness goals by recommending Watchme Supplements’ science‑backed products. This full‑time position involves direct interaction with shoppers, product demonstrations, and supporting promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, assess their fitness needs, and suggest appropriate supplements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain benefits and usage.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain inventory records, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
• Build long‑term relationships, follow up on inquiries, and gather feedback on customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Basic knowledge of sports nutrition or a willingness to learn product details.
• Experience in retail, supplements, or health‑and‑wellness sales is a plus.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or sports science is beneficial but not mandatory.
