Retail Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our boutique and drive daily, weekly and seasonal sales performance. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional luxury experience for an international resort clientele while managing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve boutique sales targets, holding the team accountable.
• Analyze sales data by SKU, category and associate to uncover opportunities and address under‑performance.
• Manage markdowns, promotions and align activities with Head Office guidance.
• Build and maintain a high‑value client book, converting visits into repeat business.
• Recruit, onboard and develop sales associates to the Paula standard.
• Conduct daily briefings covering targets, priorities, new arrivals and brand messaging.
• Ensure stock accuracy through daily counts, weekly reconciliation and discrepancy investigations.
• Oversee receiving, tagging and floor placement of new deliveries.
• Operate Shopify POS, handle transactions, generate reports and perform end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Maintain an immaculate store environment, including presentation, scent, music, temperature and lighting.
• Handle VIP clients, escalated complaints and special requests with care.
• Execute WhatsApp outreach and follow‑up programmes with the team.
• Provide regular feedback to Head Office on client preferences, product performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years retail experience, with at least 2 years in store management or senior supervisory role.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fashion or luxury retail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, able to lead a diverse team and serve an international clientele.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to read both the floor and the data.
• Experience managing a team of three or more, including performance management.
• Immaculate personal presentation and genuine passion for fashion.
