Retail Supervisor – Supervise Daily Operations

About the role

The Retail Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations across assigned outlets in Smouha, Alexandria. You will lead a team of store staff, ensure product availability, maintain merchandising standards, and drive high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail activities across multiple outlets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor product availability, merchandising standards, and in‑store execution.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Track team performance, prepare periodic reports, and present findings to management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain departments.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure achievement of assigned KPIs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Preference for Alexandria residents.
