Revenue Growth Manager (CFI)

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager (CFI) to build Revenue Management (RM) capability within its Egypt operating unit. This cross‑functional position will shape pricing and pack price decisions while optimizing product mix and trade spend.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the commercial leadership team to design a robust revenue strategy that accelerates net revenue retention (NRR) growth.
• Develop a detailed Annual Operating Plan (AOP) pricing roadmap, outlining key RM initiatives, timelines and financial impact.
• Influence pricing and pack price decisions across sales, marketing and finance functions.
• Manage expectations of senior stakeholders including Sales Sr. Director, Marketing Sr. Director, CFO and functional leads.
• Drive the adoption of a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) mindset and new ways of working among functional leaders.
