Revenue Manager – Hotel

About the role

The Revenue Manager is responsible for managing the transient rooms inventory of our hotel(s) in Cairo, ensuring optimal pricing and maximizing revenue. You will balance group and transient bookings, maintain clean booking windows, and support strategic pricing decisions across the property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze actual sales versus forecasts, producing regular performance reports.
• Release group rooms back to general inventory and maintain accurate reservation system data.
• Conduct market and sales‑strategy analysis to increase market share and adjust pricing tactics.
• Generate period‑end updates, identify trends, and recommend actions to meet revenue targets.
• Lead revenue‑management projects, align strategies with market knowledge, and track performance against budget and team goals.
• Collaborate with owners, corporate stakeholders, and guests to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field plus at least 3 years of revenue‑management or sales‑marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down data, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders.
