Rolling Stock Team Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Rolling Stock Team Manager to lead the maintenance of our rolling‑stock fleet and depot equipment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure safety, reliability and optimal performance of trains, locomotives and monorails.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the rolling‑stock fleet.
• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead emergency response actions, major fault recovery and root‑cause analysis.
• Oversee inventory management of spare parts, tools and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians, allocating workforce and delivering technical briefings.
• Track key performance indicators and recommend process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in rolling‑stock maintenance.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or team‑management role.
• Hands‑on experience with metro trains, locomotives or monorail systems.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with safety, quality and compliance standards in railway operations.
