RPA Development Specialist

About the role

The RPA Development Specialist will design, implement, and maintain robotic process automation solutions across the organization. Working closely with business units, you will ensure automated workflows operate efficiently and reliably, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and design business processes suitable for automation.
• Document client solution architecture to support intelligent automation initiatives.
• Develop, test, and monitor automated workflows using UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for complex automation issues.
• Maintain infrastructure, networking, and monitoring components within an enterprise IT environment.
• Produce and update process documentation, capturing successes and areas for refinement.
• Apply quality assurance practices to prevent bugs and ensure high‑quality automation delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automation development or related IT roles.
• Advanced UiPath or Blue Prism developer certification.
• Experience with the full software design life‑cycle and agile development methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
