Russian‑English Medical Interpreter (Full‑time, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Russian‑English interpreter to provide over‑the‑phone interpreting for healthcare encounters. The role is fully remote and supports patients and clinicians in delivering accurate, confidential medical communication.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret spoken Russian and English accurately during medical calls without adding, omitting, or altering information.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow professional interpreting standards.
• Follow client protocols, quality guidelines, and shift schedules.
• Demonstrate empathy, cultural awareness, and clear communication throughout each interaction.
• Achieve productivity and service‑quality targets during assigned shifts.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Russian.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while preserving accuracy.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Comfortable working remotely with a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.

Required skills

• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Medical interpretation experience (preferred).
