Sales Account Manager – Automotive Marketplace

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager for dubizzle Cars, you will nurture existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities within Egypt's automotive marketplace. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth and ensuring customers receive a premium experience with dubizzle’s value‑added products and subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business development plans by contacting leads via phone, face‑to‑face meetings, cold calls, email, direct mail and networking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs for both value and volume.
• Manage client expectations, deliver training, and provide regular performance reviews to maximise retention.
• Update the sales reporting dashboard with all activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing to resolve sales‑related issues.
• Gather market insights and stay informed on local regulations and industry news.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Valid car and driving licence.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience in the automotive sector or a similar field; experience in online marketplaces is a plus.
• Familiarity with the dubizzle website and basic knowledge of sales processes.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, goal‑oriented and able to exceed quotas.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
