Sales Account Manager – Creative & Media Services

About the role

Makaseb is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join its Media Production team. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and helping brands translate ideas into creative media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives.
• Present Makaseb’s services and develop tailored proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with production teams to create quotations, timelines, and project scopes.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome).
• Experience in advertising agencies, media production, digital marketing, or creative industries is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of marketing, branding, and content production is highly valued.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, target‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
