About the role

Beautika Secret is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to join its on‑site team in Giza, Egypt. As the frontline voice of the brand, you will interact with customers across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email and live chat, delivering a personalized shopping experience for luxury K‑Beauty and skincare products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries on all omnichannel platforms.
• Guide customers through product discovery, recommending suitable skincare solutions.
• Convert leads into sales using consultative, relationship‑driven communication.
• Process orders, follow up on deliveries and provide post‑purchase support.
• Escalate complex complaints to the appropriate team while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and warehouse teams to stay updated on promotions, stock levels and new launches.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, persuasive style.
• Ability to multitask across multiple communication channels.
• Proactive, self‑motivated attitude and passion for helping customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
