Sales Appointment Setter for UK Clinics

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Appointment Setter to join our remote team supporting UK‑based clinics. The role involves engaging with inbound leads, explaining treatment options, and securing appointments over the phone while working UK business hours from Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Contact a minimum of 250 leads per day via phone.
• Provide clear information about clinic treatments and answer queries.
• Schedule client appointments directly into clinic calendars.
• Maintain an organized follow‑up diary and consistently pursue leads.
• Collaborate with a supportive sales team to achieve daily targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, tele‑sales, or converting interested leads into bookings.
• Excellent spoken English with professional phone etiquette.
• Strong communication, a passion for sales and a competitive mindset.
• Reliable work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own laptop, headset and a stable high‑speed Wi‑Fi connection.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of 20,000 EGP per month.
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings of 36,000 – 60,000+ EGP per month.
• Fully remote work with flexible scheduling aligned to UK business hours.
