Sales Consultant (Luxury Automotive)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our premium automotive team. You will engage customers, showcase Porsche vehicles, and guide them through the entire sales journey, ensuring a high‑end experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers professionally to understand their needs.
• Present Porsche models, explain features, specifications, and benefits.
• Coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate leads, follow up, and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and support customers through to delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth handover and delivery.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, premium retail, luxury sales or customer experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under targets in a fast‑paced environment.
