About the role
The Sales CSR – Preseller supports the sales team by analysing route schedules, customer performance and inventory levels to propose effective orders. The role ensures product availability, optimal shelf placement, correct pricing and promotion execution while building strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Review sales development objectives and routing schedules, including any off‑schedule visits.
- Analyse previous delivery performance (volumes sold, return rates, order fill rates).
- Check distribution centre stock for top SKUs and monitor innovation and promotion guidelines.
- Assess point‑of‑sale stock levels and out‑of‑stock situations to formulate order suggestions.
- Present suggested orders to customers, discuss objectives and adjust quantities as needed.
- Secure bestselling positions within accounts and capture competitor activity when required.
- Ensure pricing and promotion guidelines are fully applied.
- Transfer orders accurately to the relevant systems.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- Basic English and intermediate proficiency in the local language.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and strong analytical thinking.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driving licence as required by local regulations.
