Sales Engineer – Technical Sales & Account Management

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth for our electrical and power‑distribution solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with technical and quotation teams to ensure timely proposal submission.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities until closing.
• Maintain customer records and keep the sales pipeline updated.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in the electrical, power distribution or industrial sector is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
