Sales Engineer – Technical Sales (Electrical)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to join our team in Dokki, Giza. You will act as the bridge between our technical solutions and customers, driving new business and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings, and technical presentations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions and products.
• Coordinate with technical and quotation teams to ensure timely proposal submissions.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities until closing.
• Maintain customer records and keep the sales pipeline updated.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in the electrical, power distribution, or industrial sector is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Commercial awareness with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑driven.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
