Sales Manager (EBC)

About the role

Leads and manages sales activities for Marriott properties in the region, focusing on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities to maximize revenue by conducting targeted account research and qualifying new business.
• Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaborative sales efforts.
• Analyze market and financial data, support revenue‑management projections, and review guest satisfaction results.
• Set and recommend booking goals for the sales team, participate in sales calls, and close new business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal booking goals and lead a sales team.
• Strong understanding of competitor strengths and weaknesses and ability to sell against them.
