About the role
STIEL is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its commercial expansion across the Egyptian market. You will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with wholesalers, electrical distributors, retailers, and installers to increase the visibility and sales of STIEL’s electrical wiring devices and accessories.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and develop a nationwide network of distributors and resellers.
- Present STIEL’s product catalogue, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline, activities, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with STIEL’s export team on order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in electrical products, building materials, or related sectors.
- Existing network of distributors, wholesalers, or trade retailers in Egypt is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and prospecting abilities; autonomous and results‑driven.
- Fluent Arabic with good command of English or French.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Egypt.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic reporting tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
