About the role
Chubb Life Insurance is expanding its presence in Alexandria and seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its insurance sales team. You will be responsible for driving growth, achieving targets, and fostering strong client relationships in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high‑performing sales team.
- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience in sales.
- Previous managerial experience is mandatory.
- Background in insurance or banking is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
