Sales Manager – Property Sales

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its property sales division. You will drive B2B acquisition, renewals, and revenue growth while ensuring the field sales team operates at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and onboard field sales team members.
• Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
• Set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through CRM management and new client acquisition.
• Prepare sales, revenue, expense reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Identify market trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities in real estate.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and drive sales.
• Propose commission structures and support telesales strategy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Own a car and a valid driving licence for out‑of‑office meetings.

Required skills

• CRM systems proficiency.
• Knowledge of PropTech and marketplace platforms.
• Experience with Facebook and other digital advertising platforms.
