About the Role
Join a global leader in the food and beverage industry as a Sales Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the single point of contact for all commercial operations within your assigned territory, ensuring seamless execution and driving business growth.
Main Missions
- Act as the primary liaison for all sales operations, including field sales, distributors, and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) channels.
- Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, RIG, TS, distribution, call coverage, and merchandising standards.
- Implement and monitor field sales plans while leading strategic negotiations with distributors.
- Monitor client performance, including sales volume, stock levels, and order punctuality.
- Execute category plans at the point of sale to maximize brand visibility and impact.
- Provide accurate demand forecasting and detailed reports on market dynamics and competitive activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and manage the development, motivation, and training of sales teams.
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales or Marketing within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated experience in distributor management and field sales operations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of commercial functions.
