Sales Representative – Healthcare Franchise Expansion

About the role

Cairoscan is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive the expansion of its radiology franchise across Upper Egypt. You will be the key liaison between the company and potential partner centers, helping them grow while extending Cairoscan’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify high‑potential radiology centers and polyclinics in governorates such as Assiut, Sohag, Minya, Luxor, and Aswan.
• Proactively contact center owners and medical directors to present the partnership value proposition.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and site visits to contract negotiation and signing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective franchisees, addressing technical, operational, and financial questions.
• Assess operational readiness and geographic suitability of potential partners to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide regular updates on the expansion pipeline to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or diagnostic sector.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong familiarity with the healthcare landscape and business culture in Upper Egypt.
• Proven ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders, physicians, and business owners.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate local market needs and position the franchise model effectively.
• High flexibility for frequent travel across Upper Egypt governorates.
