Sales Representative – Kitchen Design Solutions

About the role

La Stanza is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote its kitchen design solutions in New Cairo. The role involves guiding clients from initial consultation through to final installation, ensuring a seamless experience and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements.
• Present the company’s kitchen designs, materials, and solutions.
• Follow up with clients throughout the entire project cycle, from consultation to installation.
• Maintain clear, professional communication and address client questions promptly.
• Coordinate with designers, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate client specifications accurately to relevant departments.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, measurements, production, and installation.
• Resolve issues or changes that arise during the project.
• Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client and project records and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience.
• Presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
