Sales Specialist – Beauty Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to promote and sell our beauty services and packages to both new and existing customers. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, generating appointments, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone, WhatsApp, social media and website leads to promote beauty services and offers.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and booking targets.
• Follow up leads from digital campaigns, re‑engage inactive customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Identify client needs, recommend appropriate treatments and provide accurate information on procedures and promotions.
• Maintain high inquiry‑to‑booking conversion rates and handle objections professionally.
• Update customer records, notes and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure appointment availability and smooth customer journey.
• Conduct pre‑appointment and post‑service follow‑up calls as needed.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2‑5 years of experience in telesales, call centre or customer service within beauty, aesthetic, medical spa or cosmetic clinic environments.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target‑driven setting.
