Sales Specialist

About the role

Cash Offer Kentucky is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its fast‑growing real‑estate investment team. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating buyer interest, coordinating transactions, and supporting the company’s acquisition and marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate with buyers and agents to secure deals.
• Set and confirm appointments with prospective buyers and agents.
• Follow up with title companies to ensure smooth closings.
• Manage company marketing campaigns and property listings.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data.
• Create regular reports for the sales team.
• Communicate with the acquisitions department, homeowners, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a sales environment, preferably over the phone.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Podio.

What we offer

• Work‑from‑home arrangement with an 8‑hour shift (9 am‑6:30 pm EST, Monday‑Friday).
• Hourly pay of $7‑$10 plus a commission of 0.5%‑2%.
