About the role
The Address Investments is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its dynamic real‑estate team in Cairo. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, presenting a portfolio of development projects and guiding clients toward the best property solutions for their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Present and explain various real‑estate projects to clients.
- Identify client requirements and propose tailored property options.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven sales or real‑estate experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
